Dept. of  Food Science & Biotechnology

Food biotechnology is a field of applied science related to food production, storage, processing, distribution, safety, consumption, and human health and vital phenomena.

The Department of Food and Biotechnology at CHA University of Medical Science conducts research by combining biotechnology and biotechnology based on academic theories and application technologies related to food in general.

The purpose is to train excellent professionals in the field of food and biotechnology through education.
